This is a followup to the BAMBI did it photo. After $290 worth of parts and about eight hours work, it's back to normal. The color is off because I didn't feel like painting it. The original paint is well faded from the southwest USA sun, so the match would not have been perfect anyway. This is the way the plastic comes, they call it primed, I call it shiny black. Works for me. I'll tell you one thing I learned from all this... I'm getting too old for this stuff. My back is killing me today!!!
